Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of WashNGo’s website and mobile car wash services throughout London. By booking a service or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

Bookings & Payment: A deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service by card or cash. Service prices vary based on vehicle type, service tier, and location, and are clearly outlined during booking.

Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a partial or full deposit charge. Refunds for completed services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are governed by our Refund Policy.

Service Delivery: WashNGo delivers mobile car wash and detailing services to homes, workplaces, and agreed locations across London. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally parked and accessible at the scheduled time.

Customer Responsibilities: You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and ensure it is safe and free from personal or hazardous items. WashNGo may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or the vehicle is not suitable for cleaning.

Liability: We aim to provide all services with the highest level of care and professionalism. WashNGo is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of WashNGo and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection: Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
